Today we launched two growth features which include the embedded change management framework which allows users to create / track and manage complex changes in the organisation. We also include a regulatory mapping capability which allows users to define the relevant regulatory frameworks (or components) of frameworks being changed and through QC4’s deep integration, we identify all impacted areas of the change.
This integrated strategy moves change guesswork into change knowhow.
QC4 internal helpdesk has been dropped in BETA, there are still a few development features coming but this is targeting a central integrated helpdesk function for QC4 that can also be leveraged externally from the QC4 eco-system.
Finally SACQS 0 Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards (SACQS) have been released as a pre-configured option for Risks / Standards / Acts. if your organisation is impacted by the SACQS standards please let us know and we will automatically deploy them for you
